Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you fill in one of our forms, why we collect it, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR · EU Regulation 2016/679).

2. What data we collect
When you submit a contact form or a free audit request, we only collect the details you provide us with:
- Full name
- Phone number (optional)
- Company / hotel / property
- The message or the topic of interest you select
We do not collect special categories of data (e.g. health data), and we never ask for financial details through our forms.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data exclusively to contact you, respond to your request, and prepare the assessment or offer you asked for. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give when you check the relevant box and submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a contact request.
4. Where it is stored
Your details are stored in the customer relationship management (CRM) system we use, HubSpot, which acts as our data processor under appropriate contractual safeguards. Only our team has access, for the purposes described above. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting cooperation between us. You can request its deletion at any time (see below).
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right, at any time, to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete details
- Erasure ("the right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to the processing
- Portability of your data
- Withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@adigital.gr. We respond within the timeframe set by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
