01 · The client
The client: Leda Village Resort
Leda Village Resort (Resort, Chorto, Pelion) partnered with Adigital, the specialist hotel marketing agency, to win more direct bookings and reduce dependence on the OTAs. The milestone result: +38% direct website bookings.
02 · The challenge
What was the challenge?
A resort with a variety of accommodation and audiences, needing a clear digital narrative and a direct-booking channel able to compete with the OTAs.
03 · The strategy
The channel-by-channel strategy
We structured the campaigns around the breadth of the resort, matching different accommodation types and holiday experiences with the travellers most likely to book them. Google captured specific demand, while Meta introduced the full scale of the resort and guided each audience towards the most relevant stay.
Segmented accommodation strategy
Campaigns were organised around rooms, studios, suites and villas, allowing each accommodation category to reach audiences with different needs, group sizes and budgets.
Resort experience campaigns
Creative content presented Leda as a complete seaside destination, combining the beach, landscape, gastronomy, facilities and activities into one cohesive holiday proposition.
Full-funnel booking journey
Search campaigns captured travellers already planning a Pelion holiday, while prospecting and remarketing campaigns supported the longer decision process and increased direct website bookings.
