01 · The client

The client: NLH Hotels

NLH Hotels (Hotel chain · 4 hotels, seaside bar-restaurant & rooftop bar, Athens (city centre)) partnered with Adigital, the specialist hotel marketing agency, to win more direct bookings and reduce dependence on the OTAs. The milestone result: +211.7% website bookings.

02 · The challenge

What was the challenge?

A brand-new hotel brand in one of the most competitive markets in the country: central Athens. Starting from the hotel at FIX, NLH had to move from a single hotel to a chain, with three new hotels, a different target audience per property, limited recognition and competitors with years of marketing investment behind them.

03 · The strategy

The channel-by-channel strategy

In full alignment with NLH's sales team, we defined goals, target audience and strategy, and ran campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, TikTok and YouTube, with compelling content for every channel.

01

Defining the target audience

Precise analysis of needs, preferences and behaviours for a targeted approach per hotel.

02

Keywords & channels

Efficient keywords and the right media mix: Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.

03

User-journey analysis

Tracking the user journey and using the data to improve experience and performance.

04

Remarketing

Targeted campaigns re-engaging users who viewed rooms without completing a booking.

05

Continuous optimization

Regular improvements based on the results, for maximum budget efficiency.

Alongside the hotels, we brought the group's dining venues to life too: logo and menu design, outdoor posters and digital promotion on social media. The NLH case study became a blueprint for success; the same methodology is applied today across 50+ hotel partners.

«From the very first moment, Adigital has been a valuable ally in our strategy for growing the NLH hotels. With their targeted campaigns and innovative approach, we have achieved remarkable results in bookings and recognition. Our partnership continues with new challenges and goals.»
